The Vacaville Performing Arts Theatre, built in 1992, is a
beautiful and acoustically superior setting where each person
in the intimate 500 seat house is close enough to actually feel
part of the performance. Since opening, the Theatre has been
home to numerous community cultural events and has become a favorite
venue for countless nationally and internationally known entertainers,
performers and art groups. The local school drama clubs, orchestras,
bands, dance companies, and choral groups also hold performances
in the Theatre each year giving many students their first opportunity
to experience a professional stage environment. The Theatre is
currently home to many local stars from the Vacaville Ballet
Theatre Company, Solano Community Symphony, Vacaville Concert
Society, Alive Music Orchestra, North Bay Opera, Solano Choral
Society, the studio of Just Gotta Dance and Patty's Studio of
Dance and Ballet Arts.
